Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship and tracking information to update.

Sønderhaus is not responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address if customers input their address incorrectly during checkout

For lost packages:

- If you purchased Redo Package Protection, please contact us at hello@sonder.haus to arrange a replacement package.-

- If you did not purchase package protection, we recommend reaching out to the shipping service directly or filing a claim with them.



For international orders:

International orders are shipped via DHL and the price computed at checkout includes duties and taxes.
