Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Sønderhaus. We are a small and independent clothing brand and, unfortunately, cannot facilitate returns. However, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Please note that certain products frequently sell out. If your desired product for exchange has sold out at the time we receive your return, you will be eligable for a full refund.



Initiate an exchange:

- You must initiate an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order
- CLICK HERE to initiate a return or exchange
- Provide your order details and specify the item you wish to exchange, along with the desired size, color, or style.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the requested item. Any price differences will be handled through store credit.


Store credit:

Alternatively, you can opt for store credit, which will be issued via this link. The store credit does not expire and can be used with other promotions or discounts.
