Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship and tracking information to update.
Sønderhaus is not responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address if customers input their address incorrectly during checkout.
For lost packages:
- If you purchased Route Protection, please contact us at hello@sonder.haus to arrange a replacement package.
- If you did not purchase Route Protection, we recommend reaching out to the shipping service directly or filing a claim with them.
For international orders:
- Sønderhaus is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during transit. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
