Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Our typical processing window for orders is 3-5 business days. During sales or high-volume periods, processing time may increase to 5-7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping time is subject to the carrier and shipping method chosen at checkout.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please review if it has an estimated ship date or is a pre-order. Orders that include products with ship dates or pre-orders will ship once the product is available to fulfill, even if they include additional items.
International Orders
All international orders will ship via DHL, duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout.
Order Changes
Orders begin processing as soon as we received them. Because of this, we cannot make any changes.
Please ensure that your order contents, shipping address, and payment information is correct prior to placing your order.
Sønderhaus is not liable for any packages sent to an incorrect address if a customer inputs their address incorrectly at checkout.
Lost Packages
If you purchased Package Protection at checkout, please contact us at hello@sonder.haus to arrange a replacement package.
If you did not purchase Package Protection, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
