Please note that certain products frequently sell out. If your desired product for exchange has sold out at the time we receive your return, you will be eligable for a full refund.

- Provide your order details and specify the item you wish to exchange, along with the desired size, color, or style.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the requested item. Any price differences will be handled through store credit.
Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt for store credit, which will be issued via this link. The store credit does not expire and can be used with other promotions or discounts.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
- Items received after the 30-day exchange window or not meeting the specified conditions will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Specified conditions for returning/exchanging items: Not worn and tags still attached. There should be no signs of wear or the item may not be accepted.

We offer expedited shipping for international orders to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country. All international orders come with a tracking number.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, including any duties/taxes required by your government. This guarantees you will not pay any additional fees upon arrival of the package ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
All international orders are responsible for shipping costs of returns/exchanges if needed.

Sønderhaus is not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address if customers input their address incorrectly.
If you are experiencing a lost package and ordered route protection, please reach out to hello@sonder.haus to get a replacement package sent out. If you didn't order route protection, we recommend reaching out to or filing a claim through the shipping service.
